Hеr cage rіght now hаѕ a feeder, waterer, cuttle bone, tent, tree, wavy perch, dowel perch, swing wіth a bell аnd mirror, аnd a bell. Whаt еlѕе dο I need? Shουld I take аnу οf thе stuff out? Hοw bіg ѕhουld thе cage bе? Alѕο wе need ѕοmе name іdеаѕ. Wе′re considering Glinda, Crackers, Wicked, Polly, Sky, Cutie Pie. Shе іѕ blue аnd white. Alѕο, ѕhе іѕ hand аnd shoulder tamed. Whаt ѕhουld I teach hеr next?

Oh gosh, You dont need anything else except feed for cockatiels. Cockateils are beautiful. She seems to got evrything she needs for now.
You can take stuff out, It really depends on how big the cage is. If she can move around freely without bumping in to things than you dont have to, if she s than take out some of the toys and keep one or 2.
The cage needs to be at least 19in(L)*14in(W)*19in(H). Possibly 16in*16in*16in. It needs to have a good dorr preferably not one that opens easyily, they can get ou here pretty smart.
I think lilly is a food name, also kayla, layla, Gigi, gabby, , but you got to make sure that you have to find her personality in order to find a good name.
Just teach her what her abilities are. She can learn if you are patient
You’ll want to get a cage that is at least 18×18x20, with bar spacing no greater than 1/2″. Usually, longer is better than taller, as most parakeets will stay up at the top anyhow (like ours!) The longer (wider) it is, the more space she’ll have to flap her wings for exercise. The more things you keep in the cage, the bigger it should be. You may want to watch the way your parakeet interacts with its mirror. When we got our parakeet, he had mirrors in his cage, and he was quite antisocial with us, he just wanted to sit in front of the mirrors and talk to himself. I decided to remove them during his next cage cleaning, and now he is a totally different bird! He comes out of his cage without being hostile, and will step up on my finger to come out without biting. He is also talking a lot more, out to us, not to an image of glass. You can also look for toys that have little spinny things on them, and those with beads attached (parakeets love beads!) Those’ll keep her busy during the times you can’t be with her to give her attention. Of course, no toy can ever replace you, so spend lots of time with her too! She will help you to make up games that she’ll enjoy; get to know her personality. i. e. if she always wants to try and grab your pen as you write, she may like a game of pick-up-sticks. Use her natural curiosity to teach her new things that are fun for both of you. By the way, I love the name Sky for your parakeet! I had a blue and white parakeet years ago named Beebee, she was the cutest!! =)
