yeah i know what you mean but think in this case its sorta an age doesnt really play role type of thing. . . . and also correct me if im wrong i think if ur 16 and dating an 18 yr old that it is legal cause the age difference isnt great enough. . . . its not a 30 yr old dating a 16 yr old or an 18 yr old dating a 12 yr old. . . . so its socially a little taboo but not illegal
