Well no duh they were surprised to see Seth, Riley-probably not, probably thought he was an average overgrown wolf. But Victoria, given the fact that she’s evaded Seth’s kind knew what was up the second Seth came into the match.

@KuriArsene I don’t think you read my comment well, obviously they could smell the wolves, but i doubt they were expecting one to be with Edward and Bella. Edward even stated that she had brought Riley to distract/fight Edward while she got Bella. She was even about to start running when Seth appeared.
