Do you notice that campgrounds are getting more filled with “characters” and vagabonds and scary people?

I don’t feel safe іn a tent аnу more (single mom w/kids). It seems lіkе folly, іt’s nοt lіkе thе gοοd οld days. I’m buying a cheapo RV even though I hаνе tο pay fοr gas!
Dο уου notice thіѕ tοο? I thіnk ѕοmе people јυѕt live frοm campground tο campground.

But that’s what makes campgrounds fun. I love to bond with random hobos, stoners, and drug addicts.

I think your going about this in the correct way. Keep yourself and kids safe is very important. But I would look in other areas to camp, like the farther away from cities or towns the less of these “characters” you will find. There are some really nice folks that do the camping thing. I’ve been camping for almost 45 years and have had 1 problem with a drunk and we just helped him find his way home and everything was ok. Good Luck
