Overnight camping. Day 8: Breakfast and departure on a half asphalt / half of road day trip to black white desert by land Cruiser, including lunch – picnic. Sunset at the white desert and Dinner, Overnight in camping in the white desert. Day 9: After an early morning swim in the spring you move to Farafra through the black desert and white desert. Day 11: You will proceed to Kharga Oasis, where you will visit the Greco-Roman Temple as well as the Christian Necropolis of al Bagawat. Overnight in Camp in Kharga. Day 12: Moving south, you will visit the Oasis of El Gaga then continue to reach the river Nile in Luxor. (Optional) Sound and Light show at the Karnak Temple. Overnightin Luxor. Day 13: Breakfast. Start your full day tour visit The West Bank – Valley of the Kings, Colossal of Memnon and Hatshepsut Temple. Excursion to the Necropolis of Thebes, on the Eastern bank. Crossing the Nile, drive to the Valley of Kings; visit the tombs of various Dynasties, The Temple of Deir El Bahari. On the return journey stop at the Colossi of Memnon which are two gigantic sitting statues representing Amenopis III facing the Nile. Then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. I love the ideas…keep them coming . I will DEFINITELY do the picture idea. That is cute . It kind of depends what you think of expensive. I spent about $25-$30 each. When I had my youngest the older kids didn’t get like anything except for 50 cent toy cars while the new baby got tons of toys and stuff. I hated seeing my kids jealous before the babie even got here, so that is why I am doing this .

A play tent is a great toy that can keep your child busy for hours, and it can be very educational, too. But like with all toys on the market, just buying the first thing you see is not always the best idea. Ever bought a toy for your child that you were convinced was great, but he didn’t really play much with it? Or it took less than a week until it broke? Here are 5 tips that help you find the right play tent for your child:

Consider where to use it
Consider quality
Let your child choose
Tip #1: Consider interest If your child doesn’t like the style of his play tent, he won’t play with it. On the other hand, if you can find a play tent with your childs’ favorite theme, you can be guaranteed he’ll love it. If your child likes knights stories, get a play tent with a medieval theme, like a castle tent. If he’s more into soldiers, get an army style tent. Or get a gazebo or playful design for your little girl. If your child is very active, you might also consider a tunnel tent or tent tunnel combination which makes a great “adventure playground”. Tip #2: Consider available spaceOf course, the theme must be right and the play tent must look nice. But where are you going to put it? In your child’s room? The lounge? The tent might not look that big in the large shop, but play tents are fairly big toys. It’s a good idea to take the measurements and check at home if it will fit into the room. You don’t want to discover later that there’s no more space to walk once you set the play tent up, or even worse, that it’s too big. It’s best to get a play tent of a size that allows you to set it up and leave it there. Setting it up every time your child wants to play with it can be quite annoying. Tip #3: Consider where to use it Most products can be used both inside and outside, but not every play tent on the market may be equally suitable for outside play. If you intend to take your play tent outside, get one that is explicitly outdoor friendly. It should be water resistant and easy to clean, since it will get dirty easier than inside. Tip #4: Consider qualityA cheap play tent is not necessarily bad, but it might be of lesser quality than a more expensive one. If it’s just used inside, or you expect your child to only play with it for a year, and your child is one who looks well after things, this might be fine. But if your little one is a bit rough, and the play tent is likely to face quite a few years of boisterous play, then it will pay off to invest a bit more and buy a higher quality and more durable tent. Tip #5: Let your child choose Of course, your child won’t think about all the things we just talked about, and you will have to help him pick a really good play tent. But involving your child in the buying process can do wonders in finding a tent that will be loved. Because he won’t choose what he doesn’t like. If your child is a bit older, you can try to explain about things like quality and size. Otherwise, it’s a good idea to check out some really good options and then let your child choose amongst those. It’s worth it making a careful decision when buying a play tent, since this kind of toy you don’t usually buy a lot of because they are so big. Most likely you will stick with just one, so you should make sure your child will be happy with it.

Camping season is a time for exploring the great outdoors, connecting with family and friends, and truly enjoying the natural world. Whether one is a first timer or an experienced camper, there is always something new to learn and experience. While camping season used to be associated only with summer months, there are many opportunities to enjoy camping throughout the year. The key to a successful camping season is the same as the Boy Scout motto: “Be prepared. ”

There are as many ways to camp as there are people who want to camp. For those who prefer a true backwoods adventure, the combination of hiking and backpacking with their camping experience requires a different type of equipment and preparation than those who choose to drive to a state forest or private campground. Certain types of equipment are vital, no matter what style of camping is preferred.

First, even the most intrepid camper needs to sleep! A sturdy sleeping bag is most campers’ choice; sleeping bags are designed to accommodate different temperature requirements from lightweight bags for summer camping to below zero “mummy bags” for mid-winter adventures. But a sleeping bag is not really enough for a good night’s sleep-the ground is a hard mattress!

The wise outdoorsman will choose to put something between his back and the ground. In this, as with sleeping bags, there are a variety of options to choose from, depending on the type of camping. The lightest weight and most portable choice is a simple foam camping pad which weighs less than a pound. For a backpacker, this is a good choice. However, someone who is using his car or truck as transportation may choose an air mattress or even a portable cot!

Cooking is another essential element for every type of camping. While the traditional image of cooking over an open fire may be considered part of the ultimate camping experience, many factors make campfire cooking a less desirable option. Modern camping stoves are lightweight and offer more flexibility than a fire. A good camp stove can boil a quart of water in less than 4 minutes; yet it weighs less than 2 pounds!

Once the heat source is decided on, cookware must be selected. Again, choices are nearly limitless! The simplest choice is a stick for grilling hot dogs or marshmallows, but this isn’t a practical choice for a hungry camper. Outdoor cookware sets are nearly as extensive as those a gourmet chef uses. One of the lightest choices is a set which features multi-purpose components made of sturdy stainless steel, ideal for a hiking trip. Other styles of cookware include cast iron dutch ovens, grills, bake ware, and even woks.

Beyond the necessities and preparation for camping, the underlying joy of camping season is the same for all campers. Camping season, whether it is a New England summer, a southwestern fall, or an Alaskan winter, gives people an escape from their daily lives. It represents a connection with the natural world that is usually lost in worlds of skyscrapers, highways, and mundane responsibilities. The rat race is suspended on a camping trip, replaced by long walks, canoe rides, relaxing around a campfire or a myriad of other activities.

Everyone finds something special about camping. People of all ages and abilities have the opportunity to refresh and recharge themselves; it doesn’t matter if one hikes the back country or drives an RV into campground. By choosing to visit where they must adopt new behaviors and conform to different rules, campers create a new world for themselves each trip. For them, camping season is never ending.

With Christmas fast approaching, while children set out to enjoy their time off from school, parents have a million things to do and we’re scrambling, looking for somewhere safe to place them. We still have to work …we need to take care of errands and last-minute shopping…then there are chores at home. Camp Essentials is hosting a two week Christmas day-camp for children ages 5 to 17. The camp will run from 8:30am to 2:30pm each day between December 14th and 24th at the St. Joseph’s Boys’ RC School. Outside camp hours, there would be supervision between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Not only does Camp Essentials expose the campers to a wide range of activities, but parents can be assured that the venue is very well secured, with a nurse on site should any emergency arise. Though a camp with provisions for children ages 5 to 7 may seem like a really wide bracket, one huge ‘disco’ is not to be anticipated at Camp Essentials. Children are grouped according to their ages; so the only time your 5 year old will ever see my 17 year old (apart from breaks and at lunch- for which supervision is efficient) is during swimming trips, field trips and open secessions like talent shows or show and tell- to which parents are most welcomed. Actually, since parents are expected to be protective of their ‘babies’ spur-of-the-moment visits are never discouraged. Instead of sitting at home, here is an opportunity for kids to make new friends while they have fun and enjoy Christmas.

I am 13, my friend invited me over for a sleepover, there are 6 kids there( 5 boys in all and THE GIRL I HAVE A CRUSH ON) We were all in our sleeping bags and i wake up to 4 kids ( including that girl i like) staring over me with my sleeping bag pulled down laughing HARD!!!!my depends leaked and soaked my PJ’s i burst in to tears and ran home (like 1 block away) changed and stayed there this was last night and TOMORROW i have school. Today i called the girl and asked if she was going to tell anyone and she said no but she told me that one of the boys texted 4 of his friends and and told them “MAX WET THE BED AND WEARS DIAPERS TELL EVERYONE IN YOUR CONTACT LIST” she said she told him not to send it but it clicked send. I wet the bed every night ever since i was born. The doctor said i have a very weak bladder. Please tell me what to tell all the kids that will tease me.

ideas for my 14th birthday!?!?

ok…my birthday is October 3…..i want it to be a guy girl birthday party! my budget is around $150 bucks i was thinking of a bon fire and camp out but would it be weird for a few guys to stay in one tent and girls stay in another we are all really good friends….and our parents know each other. any ideas would be helpful i’m a crazy fun person and love fun ideas thanxxx a ton for your help
