@CampingGearTV fersure, but ive been out in my hennesey super shelter in 2 degrees. its a little nippy but not at all bad. the temp inside while sleeping reaches around 60. and with a hot water bottle in the sleeping bag with ya. with a bivvy around. it gets so hot you HAVE to sleep in boxers. not hatin on your style tho. its definitely easier. i just cant carry a space heater in my backpack. and im not a car camper.
@TheBeeperman Yeah, the outdoors episodes are nice. But we do test almost everything in the field before we do our reviews, just to clarify. It’s just that sometimes the situation doesn’t present itself to shoot the episode outdoors.
@Wyndstarthedruid Fiberglass poles. I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to been in a hammock on this night, being that the temps were in the low 20’s! Personally, I love car camping with tents. -josh

tents are usually good for beginners and what not. not sayin your beginners. but overall. i tend to use a hammock. i have no experience with suisse sport but it looked like an easy setup,the usual pole tent. are the rods fiberglass or aluminum? for 59 bucks that pretty cheap. good value.
